The Case for a 'Shut Off AI' Button in Firefox

Should Firefox Be Marketed as the "Best Browser for People Who Hate AI"?  

While Mozilla recently announced a new "AI Window" feature (which is opt-in), tech blogger Anil Dash argues they are missing a bigger opportunity. Rather than just joining the AI race, Dash suggests Firefox should market itself as the browser that protects users from Big AI. His wishlist? A clear "shut off all AI" toggle for skeptics, and tools that actively warn users about the privacy risks of chatbots, rather than just integrating them.
